President's Report
Report on meeting with Vinta Group - Mike Moylen and Philip Knockstedt with respect to developments in the town centre. HomeMaker area is on hold.
Lisa Kaufman is organising Business in Gungahlin group.
ACTPLA Workshop on the 9th - Energy Efficiency into the Territory plan. Decreasing block sizes concern.
Bush Fire rebuilding of the Yarra Valley is a good opportunity to get ideas on good practice and sustainability - agreed to support initiative.
Reply acknowledgement from Anthony Albanese with respect to study of light rail for Canberra.

Treasurer Report
The Treasurers report was tabled.  
Palmerston is close to breakeven
Gunsmoke small loss due to Dec extra Christmas loading costs of postage
Debtors under control

Hall Report
Replacement for Toilet holder agreed
Problems with graffiti and discussion on possible action

Gunsmoke Report
Lakes Club will contribute $1000 per quarter to production and mailing

Gungahlin Library
Vanessa Little the Director of Library Services gave a presentation and fielded questions about the new town library.

Shane Rattenbury MLA - ACT Speaker
Shane Rattenbury of the ACT Greens gave an address outlining their experience since the elections
Points were - Agreement with the government, Policy initiatives, Bus frequencies, Government shop front, Economic outlook, Demand Responsive transport, Freedom of information, Airport, asphalt overlay on roads unsatisfactory, Airport noise corridors, urban sprawl, concept plans and solar alignment
