Are you aged 12-25 years and live the in ACT?
Complete the Centenary of Canberra Youth survey and by sharing your ideas on how you would like to celebrate Canberra’s 100th birthday in 2013 you’ll go in the draw to win a $300 JB HI FI voucher (Permit Number ACT TP 09/01795).
The survey should take about 10 minutes to complete online.
Hard copies are available at local youth centres and survey co-ordinators will also be available at the following times to answer any questions.
• Tuggeranong Youth Centre, Monday 1 June (5.30pm – 6.30pm)
• Gungahlin Youth Centre, Friday 5 June (4.00pm – 5.00pm)
• Youth in the City, Friday 5 June (6.00pm – 8.00pm)
• Belconnen Youth Centre, Friday 12 June (4.00pm – 6.00pm)
