Rachel Bermingham is co-author of the bestselling 4 Ingredients series of cook books, and the author of Read My Lips and How to Write A Book and Make It A Bestseller. A motivational speaker, business woman and a mum, she has over twenty years combined experience in development, business, time managementand goal strategising. Rachel wrote her first book while feeding her new born son, her second book during his day sleeps, the third when he went to bed, and the fourth in between everything else!
