People camping out and sleeping in their cars in a queue - for land??
 
What more graphic picture could we get of the critical shortage of land here in Canberra?
 
The Forde development started with a bang but then stalled as they were caught out by the strong demand for land and didn't have follow stage plans ready to go. So after a year of virtually no land being available on the north side, is it any surprise that people didn't want to miss out on one of the 55 blocks on offer?
