The new suburb of Casey is under construction and up for sale.

The developers CRD have started advertising blocks for sale 'over the counter' - that is no ballots like with LDA land sales - and no queuing outside the LDA sales office either!

Casey will be west of Ngunnawal and north of Nicholls - as shown on this map, straight down the Gungahlin Drive and up Horse Park Drive.

CRD Casey has a website, but as of posting there wasn't anything much on it.
