To provide local community members with the latest information about the new suburb of Crace, a community information session will be held and is your chance to learn more about the project.

The ACT Planning and Land Authority has recently approved an Estate Development Plan for the new suburb of Crace, 2.5 km south-west of Gungahlin town centre and 9 kms north of Civic. The new suburb will help meet a growing need for residential land in the ACT.

Crace is a joint venture between the ACT Land Development Agency and Crace Developments Pty Ltd, comprising Canberra Investment Corporation (CIC) as project manager, Defence Housing Australia and PBS Property Group Pty Ltd.

The Masterplan for Stage 1 of Crace comprises three main elements, an urban core precinct, a village centre and a suburban precinct.

The design makes use of the site’s undulating landscape and natural features while offering a unique, high quality residential development with an urban feel.
