In September last year GCC lodged a submission regarding a development application for six townhouses in Franklin.

Issues we raised were that the DA was for six units where the Territory Plan only provided for four, that the private open space was below requirements, that the uniform design did not provide for variety along the streetscape and would thus be perpetuating the "Anthony Rolfe Drv effect" and a range of other matters.

The DA has now been decided on revised plans that take into account the majority of issues we raised in our submission.
