NBN Update Oct 2011

NBNco have been actively keeping the GCC informed about progress, but there's not much to report in addition to what was reported in the press a few weeks ago, ie. that they are starting the implementation in October (this year!).

The first couple of months of this will be assessing the existing infrastructure, so we'll probably see trucks in the street, but not much actual layer of fibre till the new year.
