With $6M in new funding for improving the older acquatic centres at Civic and Tuggeranong, the inevitable question was when would funding be allocated for the Gungahlin acquatic centre?

GCC has been heavily involved with master planning workshops for the college, new library, enclosed oval and acquatic centre - all to be collected at the western end of Hibberson Street.

So far the only project to receive funding beyond planning stages is the college.

We hope to see funding annouced for these projects to get under way soon.
