ACTION is seeking feedback from staff, the community, customers and potential customers in various ways including feedback forms, on-bus surveys, meetings and passenger counts to assist in the planning process.
ACTION invites you to provide your feedback by filling out the attached survey form (69.32 KB) . The form is also available online at www.action.act.gov.au and from Canberra Connect shopfronts and all bus interchanges.
Please mail your completed form and any additional feedback to: ACTION Community Feedback Survey, GPO Box 158 Canberra City ACT 2601 by Friday 3 August.
Alternatively you can place your completed survey in the box provided at any Canberra Connect shopfront or any ACTION bus interchange by Friday 3 August. Or simply fill out the survey online.
What happens next? Your feedback will be considered as part of ACTION's Comprehensive Service Plan.
From November 2007 ACTION will be seeking public comment on the proposed changes.
