They are an eyesore with the extent of rubbish dumped there, of course we tend to overlook the main reason for the dumping, it is because the ACT Government in their wisdom started charging we the taxpayers tip fees, consequently people won't pay it so they use the bins as rubbish dumps, which in itself is a low act. Thank goodness we still have some responsible people living here who use them for their purpose, to help the needy. What do we need to do to have them removed, as other Centres have had to take this action due to the continual dumping of rubbish.
