Fix My Street is an online reporting facility which provides direct contact with ACT Government Agencies for the reporting and resolution of municipal service requests. It can be used to submit reports on

The GCC is not responsible for municipal services in Canberra; this is handled by the ACT government. A mowing schedule is posted online and specific mowing requests can be lodged through Fix My Street.
The NBN is available in all parts of Gungahlin (apart from Nicholls and Casey Stage 1). You can check the NBN status of your address on the NBNco website.
Many areas of Gungahlin are non NBN-only, and most other areas will be migrated to the NBN in the coming months (when the existing phone lines will be switched off). All residents in an area where the NBN is available should plan to migrate to the NBN prior to the switch off.
The ACT Digital Hub operates from the Gungahlin Library and provides free, easy training to all members of the community and showcases the NBN.
