GAMVA - Gungahlin and Mitchell Voter's ActionDO DISTURB the political parties and politicians who continue to ignore Gungahlin and Mitchell's needs. Gungahlin and Mitchell Voter's Action (GAMVA) is not aligned to any political party. The objective of the group is to promote issues of importance to the Gungahlin and Mitchell region. The general focus of the organisation is to actively encourage political parties to develop election policies that are responsive to the region's needs; and to support candidates who demonstrate a commitment to the Gungahlin/Mitchell district.

Community Survey 2002In 2002 the Gungahlin Community Council Inc. undertook a comprehensive quantitative survey of the Gungahlin Community. The purpose of this survey was to establish the key areas and topics that could be considered to be of greatest concern to the general Gungahlin community (and to any other individuals responding who may otherwise have an interest in the district).
